Robert R. Thomas, patriarch of Sequatchie Concrete Service, Inc. states “We got sand, lots of good sand, and you need to come get it!” The sand is accepted by the Tennessee Department of Transportation, Alabama Department of Transportation, and Georgia Department of Transportation for use in both concrete and asphalt. Additionally, it complies with the ASTM requirement for sand.
